Hi Laurena, it sounds cliched but I try to be thankful and grateful everyday for reasons that are personal to me, and not sweat the small stuff!
I know what you mean about writing something out, only to scrap it as things may get misconstrued or you don’t wish to offend.
Hope you’re having a great week ☺
Sounds like a great idea Eva. We all seem to get worried about everyone else and what they have, rather than thinking about what we ourselves are so fortunate to have! What’s for lunch today? 😀 I’ve just made my first baguettes…
A comforting baked sweet potato with home-made ‘baked’ beans ?Lots of Tabasco and fresh garlic to help beat a cold! x
Yummy! The other day I ‘baked’ a parsnip! wow-I might even prefer it to roast! Oh no, hope you get better soon. x
I meant to say you should make a blog post about the baguettes you made – if it’s ok with you, or course☺
Ooo… I could do that! Best I make some more to double check the recipe!??
I’m intrigued what this baked parsnip is like lol- do you mean like a baked potato as opposed to roast parsnips cooked in oil, etc??
Yes!!! Bake the parsnip whole as you would a baked potato/ baked sweet potato! Baked parsnip! Totally amazing! 🙂
Oh, and I meant to say raw garlic when I said ‘fresh’ (very pungent!)
You ate the garlic raw?! Hope you didn’t have any visitors that day! 😛
Defo no visitors! My mum told me years ago to eat raw crushed garlic with honey in a sandwich to help cure a sore throat…would you dare??
Back to this baked parsnip- my mind is blown lol, would never have thought of it?
I don’t even know how to write my distaste for that idea! Blurghh! But I’d eat the raw garlic on it’s own hahaha! I had baked parsnip again last night – just because you reminded me! 😀
