Pour the milk into a small glass or jar, add the chia seeds and stir well. You can add a bit of spice, cocoa, vanilla or coffee to the milk, or use the powders between layers (or both).
In a clean glass or jar, add a layer of chia pudding, then a layer of fruit, then yogurt. Sprinkle any optional extras between layers (cocoa, spice, oats etc). if you wish.
Leave the top plain, or add more of your optional extras.
